When you took the bowl off you should have seen the float, and a metal tube sticking down through the float that goes to the bottom of the bowl. The high speed jet is screwed into the bottom of that tube. If the jet is partially blocked, the only way to clean it is to run a small piece if wire, or a needle through it. If it runs better after you took the bowl off, take the bowl back off, remove the pin holding the float, and remove the float needle valve. If there is a piece of trash under the needle valve, the motor will outrun the fuel flow and empty the bowl. After sitting a minute, the bowl will fill back up, and it will run, until it outruns the fuel flow again.

Nothing worked

I am taking it back to the original owner Friday and get my $200 back. It is a cool little motor, I wish I could have made it work. Thanks for all of your advice.
