If the motor is the problem, the best folks I know is Big Bend Marine in Perry, FL. It's a bit of a drive but they'll get her fixed up for you.

Oh you are talking about the 15 foot im fixing ....it's got an old evenrude 55 Thought you were talkin about the bay boat.
