Imagine being stuck in traffic at a raised draw bridge and seeing a rig like that come through the other side!

From up there, a 10 pound redfish would look like a minnow. I wander if he can stand up there while it's under way. I guess all he needs now is to add steering and throttle control. It'd be like driving around in a cell-tower.
