He hasn't had time for the T to get done, he's been recycling fish.

This guy is a Great American! He is a true environmentalist. He "recycles" Red Fish. What a concept. With duct tape no less. I think we all need to inform the Fish and Wild Life Commission so they can increase the Red Fish Limits. They probably didn't realize they can be "recycled"! The things you learn on this site is never ending.
