Yeah, that way you can use the spent prop as an onboard spare. Course, then you'll need to carry a prop wrench and some pliers that won't rust . . . :roll:

Depends on the engine. Mine is just a cotter pin removal. But I agree it would be great for a spare. I have a beat up one just in case in my boat.

UPS runs between Tallahassee and Perry everyday. I always have a spare prop in my proline, not so much in the smaller boats. If you are running a single engine set up and you run very far from the ramp, one day you will appreciate having it.

Some of the local marine dealers may have a pickup service where you drop it off with them. I've always sent mine ( two times) by UPS. I've used Panama Props in Panama City 871-3431 ask for Lee. It's been a while (time on the water seems to make you more careful :oops: ) so I'm assuming they're still in business. They work on some really big stuff as well as the outboard props.
"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".

Sheilds Marine in St. Marks has a guy that fixes props. He fixed mine last year and did a great job! :thumbup:
