The trick is to keep them busy as he!! so they don’t have time to do stuff and when they do have time they want to sleep. That or Jody is here while I am gone. No really I have a very good wife that lets me do pretty much what ever I want.

I would say that most of us have some good ones. I know I do.

Might as well sell that boat now. That way you can get full price for it. Its cheaper than paying for half its worth later just to keep it. Oh and congratulations.
