Looked at the property today. There is a good 1.5 acres that can be used for boat storage. You guys have any input on price for boat storage?

Keep my 23' CC on the trailer, totally enclosed @ sheilds. In a pad locked "stall" in the shed storage by the wash ramp. I love it, 24 hr access. Been there 8 yrs.... $ 55.00 a month.

Chill-N-Grill, there is a lot of things you need to consider. Right now the economy is terrible. Also you have to consider all the extras inventory tax,income tax, workmans comp, property tax etc etc. Power bills are high if the buildings are decent size. I believe the area could support one but you either have to go all in or dont go at all. I am here to tell you this is a low profit business. You have to sell a ton to make a little. And if you like to hunt and fish it will cut that time 75%. Because when the fish are biting and the deer are moving you will be at work.
