You can bring as many guest as you like for the standard party fee.
This means you can join NFGFC at the Annual Awards Banquet and Christmas Party for $40 and eat and drink for no additional charge, your guest pay the per person party fee.
The history of the club also states that any member can renew their membership at the party and pay no additional party fees except for their guest.

You do see that you said the same thing 3 times, 3 different ways right?
