Bud, if you get BLUE Crabs on ya, no ointment in the world is going to get them off. Takes a pair of needle nose pliers and a high tolerance for pain.

Oh, when you said crabs at night, I was sure you were talking about Pediculus pubis. These Crabs need blood to survive, but they can live up to 24 hours off a human body. They are easy to catch too, why in the United States, there are an estimated 3 million cases of crabs every year.
