Found a used one at Big A's tires on Orange/Springhill.
The customer service is questionable at best; the neighborhood is a demilitarized zone. The tire is a used Korean knock-off which will go about 200 yards if I ever have to put it on the road.
But the price was right - $28.00 mounted to my rim
