Never checked a trap and only touched one once "ta get my lure loose from it"! Them fella's work to hard for thier money for me to even consider checking one

Not NO but HELL NO!!That has absolutely nothing to do with what these scumbags did!! If you see someone illeglly net fishing, you better believe it is your moral duty to report their sorry asses!! Those trout, especially the oversize trout, are the future of the resource! Like someone posted earlier, think of all of the fish that will not be included in the spawn this year! Disgusting! Especially after these scumbags have been convicted of soooo many previous illegal activities! Hopefully thses clowns see some serious prison time!!

As a guide I'm trying to feed my family too, Sea Dawg, and outlaws like those are stealing from all of us. There are legal ways to commercially fish without poaching.

By the way, I've never molested a crab or pinfish trap. I observe every law and my clients do as well.

Feed your family legally or find a new job. There is no excuse for those cheating pieces of crap!!!

don't beleive he would think of his self as a scumbag or a dumb arse. mabey a provider. yes they did wrong anyways didnt like the net ban, yes it helped the fish population, no i didnt have a problem catching fish before the band.

I'd say I'd do it legally or I'd find something that would allow me to feed them legally! These SCUMBAGS have been busted time and time again and should feel the full weight of the legal system placed upon them. The nets, boats, trucks and any other gear they had in their possesion should be confiscated! It's illegal netters like these that give the honest mullet fisherman a bad reputation. There are plenty of them who don't need to break the law to feed their families! Sounds to me like Sea Dawg is of the mentallity that what these POS guys did is OK! Well it's that type of mentallity and attitude that keeps people like these thiefs on the water!!

No Mav I wouldn't, I aslo wouldn't look at it as being a provider. It's illegal, period, no excuse for their behavior! They have had over 10 years to find another way to provide! This is a simple case of some POS scumbags who believe the law is wrong and they are going to do what they want, with no consideration for the lagalities of it!! They kept the trout, and that says they don't give a rats ass about the law! I hope they get felony convictions and spend the next 5-10 years in the state penn!!
