We'll find out how she does tomorrow but it dang nears picks the boat off the trailer.
Weight???? May be an option for the Maverick. Im looking in to different options to lighten her up more

Jay,
The box is ruined but I'd say 45-50# is on the upper end weight wise I would imagine.
I used it today and man o man, it was some kind of nice. Hit the button and it goes until it stops. No holding it until it bottoms out, alarm to keep you from driving off with it down. I'm pleased with it thus far.

BWAHAHAHA!! You SO FUNNY!! And yes, it is squatting. Has been ever since I put the Bobs 4" jackplate on it and the pwerpole. Too much weight off set with the Jack plate and the weight of the pumps. And Im only 256lbs thank you very much!! :-D

I also have a Talon and I'm very pleased. I have been fishing w/ it in the flats about 3 times since I installed and like. I have also used it in the lake and it does just fine.

I intend to outfit my Duracraft with one or the other, but so far I like the idea of the simplicity of the Talon. No draw backs to speak of as yet???
