I like St. Joe but that the fish in that bay don't like me. At least Carrabelle has 3 rocks.

Launch fee is set by the Lanark Village Boat Club, owners of the ramp.

Best deal is an annual pass if you use it frequently.

I have planned 3 weeks of demo and 1 month of remodel, I hope I can get in there in the next week to start.

Clemens Fuel Systems is doing all of the testing. The tanks were double walled in 02.

J&J of Rockeys is revamping the pumps and everything.

I wish you nothing but the very best of luck. My crew and I were some of the last customers in the old store before it closed. I daydreamed about buying the place and making it work but never took any action.

Keep your costs down at every turn. Be wary of your own ego/pride. Never create too many mouths to feed. Market, market, market...

Owning your own business is a handful but it can be the most satisfying experience of your life as well.

Sell non-ethanol gas if you can find it and the numbers work. Sell natties regardless. Sell ice by the bucket. I will be in to spend some $$$

Dont destroy the mural on the back wall. Matter of fact...use it for t-shirts. That mural is recognized nearly world wide by a segment of the fishing community. Good luck

I am repainting everything but the back wall, I could never paint over that. I have been seeing that mural my whole life.

A little plan of what I am doing... I plan to gut inside and remove the roof. Put new everything inside, bathrooms included. Have a walkable rooftop area where you can have a cold drink or watch the sunset after a long day on the water. I plan to put new outdoor showers and fish cleaning stations, and maybe once I get going a designated area for someone to clean your boat. Sell your gas, ice, bait, artificials, fishing supplies, convenient store items and so on.
