Thanks wevans, much appreciated.
Some nice red snapper there and that looks like two good cobia, someone certainly got some fishing in.
Its a shame, that for whatever reason, it wasn't a full house and the numbers were down.

Thanks for posting the pictures for us non Face book people!

The roar of the engine, the morning air blowing on your face, the darkness is broken as the sun rises above the water revealing the silhouette of a lone bird in the water..........in front of the boat........standing.

Thanks for the belated invite. I didn't see an invite to the weigh in. I did however see 4 or 5 invites for you to come eat with us. Of course I wasn't on the forum Friday.Reel Cowboy wrote:micci_man wrote:I didnt' realize that but I'm sure some of y'all fished in the area anyway and if not could have still came by for a good time.
Ya'll should've come to C-Quarters and met up. Millard and the folks over there were very, very open to having us. They even opened up early for our check in & let us tie up their dock during weigh in. You can't ask for better than that.
I think the beer sales might have helped.

Thanks for posting up Quinn. I enjoyed the event most especially because last year's was missed due to my thumb/table saw incident! Fished with Lisa, Monty, and Chuck onboard the Bottomline and had a BLAST. I was so glad to have Lora on board with me. I was made to feel at home on that boat and invited to fish again, so my behavior must've been okay.
After that day of snapper and grouper, to win the Cajun Fryer was icing on the cake. I thought it couldn't get any better, but then Mullet and I went out in his new flounder rig. Got on the water about 10:00 and had a 2 man limit of 20 flounder by 12:30 or so.
Great times, and wonderful people!

I know who to call when I want to catch a Cobe.
Congrats on winning the fryer Brad, I'm sure you'll get plenty of use out of it. And Mullet, I had to look twice to see what was left of you.
