Magnesium Citrate is fast acting and comes in several flavors. Available at CVS or Walgreens. It's inexpensive and works very quickly, usually within 30 minutes or less. Wait till you get home before taking this as it is "fast-acting".

The pharmacist recommended Senokot, since I would have to take it daily, due to the drugs

it stated working at 11, 12, 12:45, 2, 3 and 3:30

I think that I may have lost some weight last night

Well glad to hear the white recliner time in the reading room paid off. Hope that shoulder is healing up quickly.
