The mullet are preparing for the end of the world Friday.
I believe all the rain and resulting tannins in the water have something to do with it, along with the fact that we're having an unusually mild winter.
I know some commercial guys who have been catching fat roe mullet, but they say it's kind of hit or miss.
Last I heard, U.F. was saying it was most likely due to the excessive rain we got over the summer.
