Under the console is possible but that's moving them maybe 3' to 4' forward of where they'd be in the stern. SeaArk console is about 18" in front of the bench sear, maybe 20".

Well ordered a Bob's Action Jackplate with a 6" setback. My two trolling motor batteries are going under the console to transfer some weight so I will have two batteries in the stern. Boat headed to Sarasota in the am for linex and paint.
