Thanks for the kind remarks. No, the Back Country unfortunately, well, and fortunately no longer exists. The transom gave away and was totaled. I now have a 2400CC Century. Love it!!

Great report, i was planing on going out to S and Exxon template myself on saturday but was not able to make it. great pics as well I have always wanted to catch a Goliath but have never tried to make it happen great job!

Reeltherapy, they are there! If you want to check one off the list then I would go as soon as the seas allow.

I was there this past weekend and rented a spot for the year to leave the boat and camper. I left my camper there and reserved a spot at the camp ground for weekend after next. I will be headed down then with my boat in tow I just hope the weather is good if so I will be headed out that way.

I am hoping to be out there that weekend as well. Fingers crossed!

Luc loves the Mitzi, though he checks the skiffs board frequently.

He's all about site fishing now, think if we "saw" that one, we'd run!

Great report!

I saw my first at Rotary last year as it chased a small gag we were reelin to the boat.
There was a cuda there, so we were not really paying attention to what was under the boat.
It was like a Volkswagon appeared under the boat. Scared the s**t out of us...
