Fortress also makes a less expensive line of anchors called Guardian. Good anchors for this area & your boat. G7 model for your boat. They are aluminum so they are lighter than the inexpensive steel ones. But for around here the old Wally World galvanized work just fine also. Whatever you choose, buy the anchor and read the instructions as to what length and size of chain you need for your application. There is no golden rule on this. It depends on the anchor.

Who sells the anchor poles locally? Like the stick-it anchor or wang anchor.

I picked up two used anchors today. Both are old but work and both have heavy chains. I'll have to replace the shackles probably but for the price they will make great spare anchors to have. It is always a good idea to have two on a boat. I think I got a fair price for them too at $10 each.
