What are the subdivision ordinances as far as what you can build or put on the property?
A unique website dedicated to fishing information from Florida's Northern Big Bend. This includes the area from the Econfina River west to the Apalachicola River

The subdivision plat does not list any restrictions, and a quick search of the public records didn't reveal any restrictions in a separate document. It does have a HOA, but I think it's mainly for the maintenance of the roads, not for enforcing restrictions. There are R.V.'s, travel trailers, mobile homes, frame-built homes, and everything in-between in this subdivision.kwarner wrote:What are the subdivision ordinances as far as what you can build or put on the property?
There is no sewer and water in that area yet. So, yes, if you want water and to be able to flush the toilet.MudDucker wrote:Do you have to dig a well and put in a septic tank in this subdivision?
Nope, sorry nephew, but I had someone else saying they were interested at a place in Keaton.Flint River Pirate wrote:Are you thinking about buying it for us Uncle Andy?

I'm thinking of all the improvements that you'd have to make to set up the fish camp & guide service!!!!MudDucker wrote:Now, if you can find a way to write off land, you could make a bazillion!
