No chum. Watch for the schools. (plentyful at Keaton) I use a six foot mono bait net. It has 1/4 inch mesh.

Thanks CS. I've got the same net but haven't had much practice. I probably don't know what to look for with respect to the mullet schools but I don't think I've ever seen/noticed any out in deeper water.
