As others have said, huge on my bucket list!! Have obviously seen them, but never got one to bite and I'm definitely no tarpon whisperer as others in this area are. Congrats and thanks for the report/post.

Hook Tarpon twice in the last couple of years with popping cork and trout rig but never got past the second jump. Last year I was checking my phone messages and the damn thing yanked the rod and reel out of the boat!. One jump and he was off.
