Correct, for the mouth of the river. The Zone forecast for the coastal waters from the Suwannee river to Keaton out 20 NM SE winds 15-20 K seas 4-5ft occasional 6ft dominate period 4sec protected waters choppy, rain and t storms likely.

So is this still happening?

It's easy to key in on river entrance conditions, but realistically, once you get out of the mouth, you'll be presented with more realistic conditions.

Zone forecast:
SaturdaySoutheast winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 4 to 5 feet with occasional seas up to 6 feet. Dominant period 4 seconds. Protected waters choppy. Rain and isolated thunderstorms likely.

At the mouth of the 'Hatch:
SaturdaySE wind 5 to 10 kt. A chance of rain and thunderstorms between 8am and 2pm, then rain likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 2pm. Seas 1 ft or less.

Tournament has been Canceled

In the interest of safety with the current unpredictable path of the storm currently brewing, NFGFC officers have decided to play it safe and CANCEL this tournament along with tonight's meeting.

October's tournament will NOT be rescheduled.

We will issue refunds to the members who have already paid for this tournament.

A November tournament is currently scheduled for November 4th, more info to come.

Is it too early to start roll call ? And are we back on the trout tourney format ?

Roll Call is started two weeks before the tournament , also the website was updated just after the cancellation of the October tournament to reflect the November meeting and tournament.

I'm not sure I will fish November 4 tourney.
Will the entry fee I paid for October that was cancelled be refunded?

Sorry Jumptrout, it somehow didn't go through, I have a refund on the checking account from October 10th for your entry but it never posted in paypal, I issued another refund to you today please make sure you received it. I will fight with paypal about the money they took out on October 10th.
