I'll be in St Joe stealing time to fish off the oil docks & maybe wading off Oak Grove. Killifish on jigs is the plan.

I am going coastal for 10 days starting Sunday

I will be out on the east end of SGI a lot next week so if you cruse by, honk the horn and give me the finger :-D :-D :-D

I will post reports when I get back unless I figure how to run a dial-up :hammer:

I have a couple charters lined up so I might have something to post :thumbup:

And all the other yahoos that show up there.
It's behind the Mcdonalds in St Joe. It's a pedestrian experience but a great place for just driving by and watching to see if people are catching anything. My in-laws live there so I've learned to use it as a place to fish when I have 45 minutes to spare. They've learned not to ask me to go to the store for milk or bread if they need it any time soon.
You can catch nearly anything there because the water in front of the old mill site is deep and connects to the channel that runs out to the gulf. Kings come up in there occaisionally and the spring Spanish run looks like opening day on a stocked trout stream. Flounder and bull reds are predictable. Sharks are also likely targets. I saw a lot of big tarpon there this year.

I call that area the Seawall...We heard of some AJs being there back in the spring.... :thumbup:
