I always just marinate the cook with the Budwieser.
It's a required step in all my recipes:D

you are the master, my mouth is watering.
I use a brinkman electric smoker, but almost any brand will work
I've even seen some made out of garbage cans.
Your right don't peek..

Have you guys ever heard of New Braunfals (sp) smoker? Wal-mart carries them. It is a two section grill and it stands up right with a section off to the side for grilling. I am sure they make several models. The one I am looking at is the backyard kitchen. Any info would be appreciated.
