I'll put it at the bottom of my wish list. Should get to it within 20 years.

You will need Windows XP, download Google Earth and then subscribe to Google Earth Plus for $20 a year. So far I love the ability to plot waypoints, tracks and routes, but am disappointed with the drawing tools (to identify what catch and where) and have not found a way to printout the waypoint numbers (to appease my paranoia). It working great with my minimal Garmin handheld GPS.

Course, when Skag can make things like this, he don't really need Google :o
Sorry for the lower quality, I had to reduce their size by 75% :-D

Glad you sent those out, Wevans, they do make nice wallpaper for the computer screen. Those are GIS images generated from UF GeoPlan Center data. I am working on getting all of Apalachee Bay and then some zoomed in portions into PDF format which, Kinko's tells me, can be e-mailed or delivered and for $7 to $10 a square foot they will color plot on really big paper. If I can get that together maybe Tom Keels find a way to post for folks to download. For now my new office does not have GIS capability but I am working on that too.

Me, obsessive?

I am really glad I read this thread further. The title got me confused. I now know another "Bottoms". And I thought I was an expert. Still learning. Thanks for the information folks.

Good point. Maybe the orange camo could go in the guest bedroom. I want my guests to feel welcome. This post started off so informative :-D

Send your wife out of town for a week, I'll decorate the house for you. I'm sure she'll be pleasently surprised when she returns home. And I can probably do this for you for less than $30.000.
