It's not original, but I've always liked the name, "Santana," since the first time I saw "Key Largo" with Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall.
I did not know this until just now:
Trivia: Santana was the name of Humphrey Bogart's yacht, which he purchased from June Allyson and Dick Powell. He loved the Santana so much he named his production company after it.
