Hewes/RF hold their value as well as any boat in FL. You've already found maverickboats.com. Their forum is unbelievable for info. If you have any questions on set up PM RRunkel on this site. He's pretty much done everything to his 16RF. Things like battery location, wiring, prop, etc.

I've got a 1996 Hewes Bonefisher and I love the boat. It's very stable, rides great in a chop and is a pleasure to drive.

You'll be happy for years to come with that boat. I haven't had any issues with mine and it's ten years old

I am in the process of getting a new boat within around 4 months and I have near about decided on a SeaPro 21 foot boat. But I Must say that boat you just picked up looks pretty damn impressive man
