We(I) have had a recommendation from a club founder/member that we use the C-Quarters facility for launch and weighin.
I called CQuarters to see if we could arrange this. The man I have to talk to will be back Friday. I will contact him tomorrow. I'll report tomorrow night.
Bud,yes there is usually 1 tide a day there.

What's the deal with the tide, we all launch and fish the same tide...If you think about it a single tide means the bite last longer than the places that have two tides a day, so your chances of catchin alot are greater....Even with two tides, as short as the tournament time frame is now, you only get to fish a cycle anyway

Carrabelle has somewhere around 6 hour tide cycles just like St. Marks. You don't get into 12 hour cycles until west of Appalachicola.

I don't know about the ramp,I've never used it. I guess parking would be no worse than Timber Island. Middle of September should be plenty of spaces at either place.

No the parking sucks at C-Quarters. Timber Island is the best bet. And the parking isn't great there.

I would suggest giving folks the option of the C quarters ramp or timber island for launching since there is not a lot of parking at the ramp at C quarters. The ramp itself however is very nice (just no dock). Plenty long enough and concrete.
