When did they start making such ugly shoes. :o
The secret's in the equipment (shoes), BD. If you are serious about sticking with running for any length of time, get a good pair with a good pair of inserts. Change out running shoes about every six months. The old ones can become your new fishing shoes.

Used to run in Nike's for years, but not recently. Switched to Asics, Adidas, and am now running in Brooks. These outta work for ya, just read some reviews on line. Oh yeah, the other key to avoiding injury is to stretch, stretch, stretch before and after............running.

Took down two Norfork pines about 65 foot each. Had to rope most of the limbs out, top em and chunk the rest of the trees down. Drank about four gallons of water and sweated about six gallons. Changed shirts four times. Came home with rear dragging. Not too interested in exercise.

It is hard for me to stretch before running you never know when your going to get chased. As for after they always call that resisting and you get free mebership in the Rodney King club. :-D

Just kidding.
