Anybody who would question any other fisherman's choice of lures obviously has issues with security with their male endowment :smt005 :smt005

Fish on...fish one :-D

I am with the guys who believe in the confidense aspect of things. I do not use Gulps. I do not have a problem with people who do. As a matter of fact I would rather people did use gulps in the tournaments, I feel that they give me an edge. Yes, they do have the a smell attractant but from what I have learned, the fish are going to bite primarily by site. I catch a majority of my redfish on topwater lures, just because that is what I prefer to fish. If you throw one bait more often than another you will catch more fish on it, period.

I welcome all gulp users and can't wait to see you at the scales. :smt039

If I was fishin a tourney and Gulp is what I needed ta win, I would use it :-D as a rule, I have plenty of fish in the freezer and that allows me to fish with my favorite type of bait most of the time "TOP WATER" :smt041 :smt040 :smt025 :drnk_1

Personally I haven't caught hardly any decent fish with Gulp. Now I have only tried Gulp Shrimp and caught about 2 trout with it.
When it comes to soft plastics, if you find the fish, then you are good to go. I have fished quite a few different soft plastics and I honestly
don't see that much different in any of them besides the Redfish Magic. There are some which have better action and some may have better color combinations but if you find the fish you are good to go.
