From what I saw today, I don't know what to think.
Two grown men huddled under a house afraid of the storm.
They did not turn the boat over, they were afraid to get in it.
You did indeed kick their 'fraidy cat assess.

Now JT, We did what we had too and we never got out the boat. LIke normal, not always, but normal, we caught more and better fish than Bow"d Up. When we got back to my cabin Bowd weighed my fish on his Boga and it came up to right a 9 lbs for a 5 fish limit. Not bad for some boys that had to stop fishing at 12:30 and fight for our lives. Not to mention the 6+lb red I caught and 4.5 lb red Heath caught. Sorry for not getting back to the weigh in, living trumped that!!!

Ham it up guys. When youre not afraid of lightning, you wind up a dead MOFO! HAd we not of made the decision to borrow the boat shelter, we would have probably capsized and ya'll would be talking about how good a fellas we WERE!! Say what you like, I may not be as old of a salt as some, but I know mama sea can be a biotch and I dont play around with her when she gets angry. And oh yea wevans, we were at the origin of the storm. We watched it come over our heads off the gulf and collide with the storm that came off the land, over our heads!! We were eight miles from the truck and had to cross Dog Island cut to get back. If you know anything about that area, you know why we found shelter and waited it out!!

As I recall, Ty and I had ta get under a house "under construction", when we fished the tourney together

it got so bad that we got into the elevator shaft for added protection

and yes, we did get ribbed a bit for it

so, I know just where yer comin from Jay

I rekon us Evans just prefer livin, as opposed to the oppisit

we still took first though
