Just wanted to thank NFGFC and its members for allowing me to come to their meeting and talk about the REDTROUT SHOOTOUT. As Jumptrout mentioned, entry fees are $125.00 for up to 3 anglers if you register before Oct. 2nd. We also have a banquet and auction scheduled for Oct. 8 at the Comedy Zone in Tallahassee and a Bikini Contest at Pockets Pool & Pub on Oct. 15. One week later, on Thursday, October 15, 2009, the 1st Annual RedTrout Shootout Bikini Contest presented by the U.S. Air Force will take place at Tallahassee's best sports bar - Pockets Pool & Pub (2810 Sharer Rd., Tallahassee, FL). The last bikini contest we held at Pockets welcomed over 700 attendees, a sold out VIP section and 19 of Tallahassee’s hottest honeys competing for nearly $2000 in cash. With special performances by the Catwalk Kittens, celebrity judges, drink specials and a stage full of Tallahassee’s loveliest ladies, this is one event that you will not want to miss! The winners check would make a fine down payment on a new Pathfinder! I think I'll do a little prefishig this evening after work while the rest of you are damaging your eyesight at the bikini contest. If they had a catagory for most grass grouper and miniature seabass released, I'd be getting the check.
