Maybe Im wrong but why are we wanting to turn away sick people who cant afford health care? Yes they may be illegals but the are people. I pay taxes and would rather have my money spent on people here in america that have problems instead of spending millions on people in iraq that dont want it and hate us. Hey here is a thought if you dont want to pay for their health care stop hiring them, they will go home.
The reason he sould appologize is because not only is he wrong but he showed no class. In eight years you never heard any Democrats screeming "Coke Junky" during any of Bush's addresses and that would have been true. My .02
You're right we shouldn't turn them away at the hospital, that would be immoral. Instead, we need to turn the little cod suckers away at the Rio Grande.

The kook aid from Washington is getting stronger and stronger. This plan has but one goal in mind. A single payer system with the US Gov't being the single payer. Take the eloquent words of a consummate politician (aka liar) from your ears and look at the facts. There is no program that the US Gov't runs that is not inefficient and wasteful.

Why is it going to move to one payer, because of two factors in this plan. 1. The fine to cover employees is 8% of wages, but most insurance for employees cost more than this. 2. A Gov't plan with vodoo economics and accounting that is supposedly a zero profit plan is one that will be very tough to compete against.

Bottom line, there is no way in hell this plan is revenue neutral without huge tax increases. First seniors will feel the pinch under the guise of cleaning up fraud and abuse and then employers will be next.

Never in my 54 years have I witnessed so many Americans following a pied piper off of the cliff. :smt011

Debunked ... what planet do you hail from. After this was made a topic of discussion in the public, suddenly it gets dropped from the bill. It was not debunked, it was successful in changing the legislation. Emanuel's brother was knee deep in it.

Damn, that is some good kook aid. Sometimes I wish I had not sworn off drinking. :smt005

Oh lord, another Mork from Ork. Pelosi and Reid quite often organized loud disruptions of Bush's speeches. At least you are admitting that Obama is a liar, since you think calling Bush a Coke Junky was true about him.

Pelosi or Reid never spoke out of turn during an address. Yes they may have spoke against a moron but the difference is they had the floor not in the middle of a speech. And im not calling Obama a liar. Wilson was wrong but im not expecting a Good Ole Boy from South Carolina to read a bill before speaking on it. Calling Bush a coke junky maybe a little much but more than a dozen people and himself said he tried it so maybe we will call him a "Taste Tester"

Still waiting for a single soul to call me on the bet that Obama is clearly lying on the health care plan being deficit neutral without increasing taxes. Thus far not a taker in the thread, nor by PM.

Thomas Sowell, who surely can't be called a racist, has done the best job pointing out Obama is a liar and disingenous and did so by pointing out that if it is a dire need for the government to run our health care system to support the needy, how could it be the Judeo-Christian thing to do to wait until 2013 for it to be implemented... not surprisingly after Obama's run for a second term when massive costs won't be able to hurt him. Anyone interested in a great read, follow this link...

http://townhall.com/columnists/ThomasSo ... _to_a_liar

Again, absolutely BEGGING for a taker on my bet. Otherwise think maybe this thread has died a death by honesty.

What are you a reporter for fox news. You cant actually expect someone to think they can get a trillon dollar bill pushed through without anyone reading it. Come on.

You're right, can't IMAGINE why we would believe that crazy foolishness!

This thread keeps getting CRAZIER by the minute... still no takers on the bet, by the way... and, bull68dawg, that's one of the DEMOCRATIC CONGRESSIONAL LEADERS speaking, John Conyers, not a Fox News spokesperson just in case you're wondering.

Bets, bets, place your bets! Going once, going twice,... :-D

Pelosi and Reid both organized so called spontaneous responses during Bush's speech's. Pelosi sat up there and rolled her eyes and made all sorts of disrespectful gestures. Drop the kook aid, it is harmful to your intelligence! :smt010

That reminds me. I was in Tallahasse a couple of weekends ago and this upper middle aged balding man was in Julie's resturant with a t-shirt that said lobotomies for Republicans, it out to be the law. A couple of other liberal folks applauded his shirt. When he got up to leave, I asked him why he would want that, because then there would be no difference between the two parties. Looked like a deer caught in the headlights. To his credit, even he had to laugh. :smt010

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah. The dems and their cronies NEVER did that to a republican president.....did they?

At least he (Wilson) did it to his face instead of hiding behind some radical groups to do it...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HPtB_P4XuAc

And I never have seen the Communist News Network embarrass Obama while he was practicing for a speech.

Hey, I wasn't to proud of Bush either, but lets be fair here...

Oh, one more, the best one:

Hmmm, seems like I hear a whole gaggle of dems heckling in the background, not just one...none of them got the guts to do it alone....pack mentality.
