After landing on a hermit crab last weekend at the sandbar, I'm going to add superglue to the first aid kit. Indespensible...

For first aid, liquid bandage, tape "to hold larger wounds closed" and Ibuprofen
if ya need more than that, it's time ta go to the hill anyway

I'd like to take along my last two Vicodin. It would be a long ride back to the hill with a stretch 30 stuck in my arm or with something sprained/broken/dislocated. Haven't needed them yet, but you never know.
