I sell a good bit on craigslist and the 1st one that shows up with cash wins. (I have had so many promises to show, one being yesterday, and not show up)

I bought one Monday and have another possible deal in the works.

This time I told the guy I would take it and then I negotiated the price after I got there. [WINKING FACE]
