The people population is also thick down there. I just got back from a trip where I ran down the east coast, went to the keys, then back up the west coast. The whole time I was thinking about how many boats there were compared to the big bend area. Maybe we need to quit advertising our area or eventually it WILL be like the rest of Florida.

With all the clear cutting of trees, strip malls and chain stores, it's already pretty darn close to South Florida-like for me.
