Re: FS FORUM ACCESS
Getting on is not a problem but there seems to be less on there to hold ones interest once you are there. The new format seems cheap, almost like the work of amateurs. Not like something you would associate with a nice mag. such as "Florida Sportsman." I suppose I'll get used to it but I'll always remember it when it was better.

Re: FS FORUM ACCESS
I clicked on Ken's post about getting a virus from the old FS address and danged if I didn't get the virus from the new FS site. Had to run AVG in safemode and call Mullet to alert him. They are off to a great start...
Re: FS FORUM ACCESS
I've added the FS forum to our list of BANNED sites here at the office
due to virus and maleware propagation
maybe I'll be able to remove them from it if they ever get their shit together

Re: FS FORUM ACCESS
There was several post in off topic about folks getting mostly maleware from the site "most prevalent was the false virus detected popup". I read a couple of them, several post got removed before most people saw them
I have no idea if they have decided to allow folks to post about it now "I won't go to FS for a while"
Maybe after they get their site protected "and thus protecting their users", I'll venture back over

I couldn't have said it better myself. I can get in, but don't want to stay.Old Dog wrote:Getting on is not a problem but there seems to be less on there to hold ones interest once you are there. Guess I'll play here some too.
Wevans, I haven't seen any virus alerts from Trend on the new form. Kind of surprised about that since we're running a drupal site here at the office for our website.
