I ve started a excercise routine about 400,000 times in my life. Everytime I start though my foot hurts, must have a bone in it or something?? I figured I came in this world fat and bald headed and since the good lord dont make mistakes, Ill be going out the same way. The way I see it , I aint bald headed, just a solar panel for a sex machine. Love handles aint fat neither, just reserves for same said machine!!

You may be goin' out sooner than later though, BB. And with your money, think of all the chicks you'd get if you exercised.

Jogged 1.25 miles this morning. Seemed a little hotter than it has been. Started cramping a little halfway into the run, made it through but I'm thinking I'm not drinking enough water. already looking forward to Saturdays run.

Start eating one to two banana's a day(Potassium prevents cramping). But also drink lots of water.

Blend the excerise and the fishing. Rent a Hobie peddle drive and you'll feel the burn in your legs within a short time.

While outrunning a squall line across Alligator Harbor with lots of rain and lightining a few weeks back I had the ticker at 160 the entire way.

If you decide you would like to give it a try FCKA is holding a tournament 22 Sept. at Wakulla Beach. Free entry. Great first place prize.

If you want to give it a try contact me or anyone from FCKA and they would be happy to help you get set up.
