Y'all let me slide for quoting Rick Murphy ( may have been Dave Ferrell). He said the number one predator of baby trout were big trout. I've caught some nice trout on a trout pattern skitterwalk, but I really don't think fish can see a tw lure well enough (or care) to discern what type of fish it is.
