You don't HAVE to be in the draw. Bring your guest and fish the tournament $25 pays for up to 4 people.

Draw Tournament

Post by Steve Stinson »

Jumptrout -

This thread is five pages long, and I still haven't seen any offers to take a 3 yr old. Here's the deal, we have two of them on board. My parter will have his 3 yr old girl in tow, I will have my 3 yr old boy. We will enter the draw if somebody is willing to take on the kids.

Heck if you're good at keepin' the kids you can have them for Sunday too while we go fishing, but you got to give them back before our wives get back in town, so they don't think we've lost them again. :-D

My wife is just now letting me take my three year old out after the tournament at the Aucilla a couple years ago when I motored down river at the head of the pack and left my dog at the ramp. :o

I won't make the meeting on Thurs., but I look forward to seeing you all on Saturday for the tournament. Let me know on the babysitting offer.

Then why calll it a draw, or even bother with trying to make it a draw if you do not have to be in the draw.

I'm still in, I don't care if its a Draw or Pick, I'm going fishing anyway. I owe Wetjet and little Jet a fishing trip anyway. Maybe I will be fishing with them.

I will not be at the Meeting Thursday night because I will be in Pensacola.
See all that show on Saturday morning.

Sorry if anyone took my post as whin'in....Jumptrout was the one laughing the hardest at me the day I had to turn around and go back to get my dog.

Team Answered Prayers will be there - Steve Stinson, Andrew Stinson, Steve Brantley, and McKenzie Brantley....No dogs this time.

I can understand leaving the Wife at the ramp.
But, leaving the Dog.

I wonder what your Dog was thinking as you left the ramp. :smt013

That is a classic.

WHY DO WE CALL IT A DRAW?
We have a social club as well as a fishing club. Most members like to fish a draw occasionally to get to know other members better and to learn new things. Some members who fish with their small children prefer to fish without a draw partner. Some husband/wife members also prefer not to split up. Most of the husbands are afraid their wife might draw Chalk, and they have all heard about his warbrobe.
This works out because people like Tin Can and Sir Reel hate children.
Being a club tournament we encourage as many as possible to do the draw. Those who don't do the draw fish anyway because it is a club tournament.
Any member who is uncomfortable with a draw can fish anyway.

"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".
