Nice, but here are the proverbs that apply to me in this situation:

A wise man among the ignorant is as a beautiful girl in the company of blind men.

A wise man may look ridiculous in the company of fools.

Why are wise men and wise guys the exact opposites?

We can learn much from wise words, little from wisecracks, and less from wise guys.

And last but not least:

Wise men talk because they have something to say. Fools talk because they have to say something.
