Now that's a trip. I'll bet Ms. SS was beside herself.
Any time a fish has a single hook deep, cut the line. The fish will dissolve the hook.
Where are the pictures?
how do you hook a live shrimp with the 1/4 oz jig head?

Hay TC,
The two times we carried the camera, we didn't have much, if anything to photograph. Everything else was the same. Therefore we consider a camera to be a jinx/hex/cursed/bad luck and etc!!!!!!! That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
You may want to consider leaving your camera behind one day and see if it brings you better luck.

Hay gb2006,
Put the hook through the top of the shrimp at the last segment before the tail. There is a hard ridge on the shell so the hook should pierce it on its way through. Pull the hook through the underside of the body and put it back through the shrimp in a segment or two toward the head. Make sure the barb of the hook comes through the middle of the shell segment and not between segments (this will keep it on the hook longer). To keep it from spinning through the water the shrimp should be straight from tail to head when finished. The shrimp will glide through the water upside down, tail first.
