I have got to buy a new trailer. Looking at an ezloader. But before I plunk down $3400, I want some feed back.
Any thoughts?
and is a swing tongue worth the extra$?

$3400 is a lot of money to haul a net around.

I'd search for a used one. If you pull a boat multiple of times a week, you might get your money's worth. If you pull in once a week, that's only 52 times a year. Most folks don't even pull it once a week.
Just my .02, but I think you can find a trailer for less than $3400. Check Boattrader.com, there is a whole section on trailers alone.

Knot Tester, what kind of boat are you buying this trailer for?

The boat is a 2000 21' Bayliner bowrider that has a trailer under it. The problem is, every year I leave a little piece of the trailer in Florida. The rust flakes off in pieces bigger than a silver dollar and just as thick. I don't think it will make another long trip.
ezloader cast nets are for people who can't throw a real net!

Sorry wevans, I'll have to pass on that. All tho that would end up giving me a rusted out trailer with a rotted out boat on it! Retail value $5.
Anyone have experience with swing tongues (on the trailer!) and what do you think about them?
Clarification: That would be my rusted out trailer!

The trailer Wevans posted is Aluminum and he's throwing in a boat! Even if you throw the boat away, that's not a bad deal at all for a float on!
I have an EZ Loader and love it. Very easy to load!
The break away tongue is nice if you have space problems.
