Hi ya'll

I've just found your site. You guys do a great job and seem like a great bunch of folks! I hope I'm not breaking any rules by making my first post a for sale. Anyway, I have a kayak and am getting out of the kayak bussiness. I am looking to sell or trade for an outboard. It is a Pungo 120 rigged with rod holders, anchor, high back seat, spray skirt and misc 'stuff'. I'll throw in an el cheapo paddle for free or have an Aquabound available. I am looking to get $350, or $450 with the better paddle. It's great for getting in the skinny waters or just cruising around. I have some pictures, but have no idea how to post 'em.
I hope once I get my jon boat floating again, I'll be able to post some of my 'no catching' reports.

Good Morning Fishing, I have a Mercury 2.2 Outboard that might suit your needs. It ran good last time I ran it to push my 16ft Gahnuee. Thats was last summer. I have been wanting to get a Yak so think it over and let me know. It won't get your jon boat up on plane but it will push it. I have crossed ochlocknee bay and rode about a mile out from the light house, when the wind was blowing toward shore, in the old gahnuee with this motor. It wont get you anywhere quick but it will get you there with plenty of time to drink a few cold beverages!!! I do appreciate the offer. I actually sold the kayak this weekend. I am going to take the funds from that and use to repair an old motor I have. I am curious though, who makes the motor? I don't believe I've ever seen one of these.

Well too bad on selling that yak, for me that is. The Outboard is a 2.2 mercury. My dad bought it at a Marine swap meet a few years back and gave it to me. It runs great and was a very good price. Welcome to the board and make sure to give us a few fishing reports.

I got your PM Blind Hog. Give me a week or so to think it over. I am moving to the mosquito lagoon area really soon. If I sell it you will have to take the gahnuee that goes with it 1973, 17 foot. I need to check if the motor will start. I haven't pulled it in over a year due to spinnning the prop at bald point last year. I wouldn't want to sell you or anyone else a bag of tricks.
