It appears to me to be a red car underwater and a jet ski still attached by the bow line to the trailer.
I was over at Fernadina Marina one morning and noticed a boat sitting bow down in the water and a lot of bubbles. Turned and a fellow was on a bench with his head in hands mumbling about setting the parking brakes. It was his truck that was doing the bubbline

yea looks like you can make out the windshield and window underwater, I guess the ramp is on the right side in the foreground,
that sucks, but one less jet ski buzzin by
