any of you guys ever fished around these two areas? i am going with my dad in a couple of weeks and have only fished the atlantic once in jacksonville and it was not good. very very different fishing than the gulf. i know sight fishing reds on a high tide is big, trout seem to be slow right now and they have a good flounder population. however, all i know right now is that we are going to put in at the ramp just before you get onto st simons. other than that, i don't have a clue. any ideas on areas to try or what to throw. you can shoot me an email if you don't want to publisize it. volguy121@yahoo.com

Last time I hired Wendel, I had him take my son and two of my nephews. They caught over 80 trout and had a blast. However, they caught most out of a couple of holes in the Altamaha River that I would never of had a clue about. Wendel is a straight shooter, give him a call and ask how the fishing is.
