Shell Point boat ramp?

Anybody know if the Shell Point boat ramp is open or usable? I know they are doing some construction down there to fix up the marina but wasn't sure of the status of the ramp while that is going on.

I launched out of the ramp last Friday, and we had no problems. Parking is very limited on weekend and the ramp is FREE
for now.
