Best wishes for a successful procedure. I've heard remarkable results from people I know who've had it done.

Let us hear a follow up report.

My distance vision is great already... close will follow, or so I am told.

The procedure is not completely without discomfort. When they attached the toilet plunger to your eye and press against it until you go blind, so that you cannot see them coming at your cornea with a weedwhacker... that is a little "pressure"

It's also not as easy when you go home as I had thought... they say to sleep 3-4 hours to allow your eyes time to heal. That's easier said than done, but thanks to modern pharmacology ;) I "got er dun."

Thanks for the prayers... this is gonna be a great thing, and has to be a modern day miracle.
