St. Marks 7/22/06

Launched from the Light House and fished East River, Hornes Creek, Stoney, Bayou, Cedar Creek, and Sandy Creek this morning. Landed 7 reds, all pups no slot reds, 2 trout, and a 18" flounder on spinnerbaits and a gold spoon.
I hate to be discouraged with 7 redfish, but we just didn't see the numbers or quality reds that we have been seeing and catching. It was still a wonderful morning. Can't wait til next time.

I'da went OFFSHORE with the winds this morning
Fishin was on my mind first thing
but watchin the youngin ace her TaeKwonDo testing was well worth missing the fish

Yep Wevans. I've been trying to work up a case of boat fever. But then I look at boat prices and shake it off. What I need is a sponsor.
